Quality Control
All of our apparel quilting machines are computerized and all quilted material goes through a rigorous quality control process. This begins when automatic sensors stop the machine if a thread break occurs and limits the length of the break. Once the break is tagged we then mend the material so all of the stitching is intact. Finally, we trim both edges and visually inspect the fabric one last time and verify the yardage on the rolls.
